How to Use
Simply wipe and dry the cup first with a tissue, then sanitise the cup using a Lunette Cupwipe.  Allow the cup to dry completely, which will only take a few moments,  before cup reinsertion. In addition it is recommended to sanitise the Lunette menstrual cup before and after your period by cleaning it with Lunette Cupwipes, and/or boiling it in hot water for 3-5 minutes.
 
**Please note that while the cup wipes are perfect for your cup, they are not suitable for cleansing your genital area**
